2. PERSONAL DATA (COLLECTED DATA)


During your visit to our website, we collect personal data to the extent technically necessary: date and time of the retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL. This data cannot be assigned by us to specific persons and is not merged with data from other data sources.

Via the online reservation form on our website, we also collect personal data that is necessary exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the respective contract. Without this data, we cannot conclude the respective contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties.
 

3. DATA DELETION


Your data will be deleted as soon as the respective contract with you has been fulfilled and there is no longer any legal obligation to store the data. Thus, your data will generally be deleted after seven years; retention period according to § 132 BAO.

Statutory/legal retention obligations or contractual obligations, e.g. to customers from warranty or compensation or to contractual partners are a basis to continue to store the personal data. (Art 6 para 1 lit c DSGVO - basis of the lawfulness of the processing: legal/legal obligation).

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

4. USE OF COOKIES


We would also like to point out that cookies are used when you visit our website. Cookies are small files or other types of information storage that are transmitted from our web server or third-party web servers to the users' web browsers and stored there for later retrieval. The cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive after you close the browser (session cookies). The collection of this data is based on § 96 Abs 3 TKG.
