The Restaurant

In 1983, Aki Nuredini first opened a frullateria, where he sold shakes, pasta and panini. Later, the restaurant, which was co-designed by the renowned architect Prof. Johannes Spalt, was expanded and changed to what it is known as today: a meeting place for artists, athletes, composers and, above all, fans of Italian cuisine.

Aki Nuredini has been the proud Padrone of Ristorante Sole for now 40 years. Alongside his son Agron, and the rest of the Team Sole, they have created a warm and inviting place where guests from all over the world come to experience a unique and refined atmosphere and enjoy an authentic Italian culinary delicacies.
